Good product with small frustrating problems

The sales department was very good. I got a lot of help during the ordering.
The delivery was a nightmare. One big package was missed, it was delivered two weeks later after it was found in the factory.
The product quality is good.
The assembly instructions can be more detailed. Some steps are missing not clear how to assemble particular parts.
The support is great. Every issue raised during assembly was solved in acceptable timeframe.

We were very happy with the team that assembled the house as they worked very hard to build up the house from scratch to completion in just two days. The builders did a very good job and left the site very tidy. Happy with the house (Emmy 4X3) as well. Well done Pineca! If I had room I would order another house....

I am very happy with our garden lodge

I am very happy with our garden lodge. The wood came much earlier than expected, the quality of the wood was totally okay. The single wooden pieces were straight, and the construction was quite easy.
Only the mentioned problems with the instruction was a litte bit confusing. My instruction was from a similar model, so i always had to adapt it to my version. But all worked very well! I would also like to mention the good after-sales service... we broke a window when (our fault) and we were able to get a new one for a very good price at a good time.
We can fully recommend this company and its products.

Barn from pineca needed and received repair

The barn we bought and got installed by pineca some three years ago, showed some defects where the walls were no longer straight. Pineca sent some repair men who rectified the situation to our full satisfaction
