The Pikazo team delivered perhaps the best customer service experience I've ever received.

About a week after I received my two pieces in the mail, I reached out to the Pikazo team letting them know about a couple issues I was having with what I received. Within an hour, someone from the team sent me an incredibly thorough and thoughtful email. They didn't try to tell me I was wrong. In fact, they did what very few companies today still care about - they showed they genuinely cared that I was happy with their product. Shortly after, one of their founders, Amman, hopped on a FaceTime call with me and truly went above and beyond in helping find resolutions to the issues I was having (one of which was my user error and the other an internal error they were already working to fix).
Can't recommend the Pikazo team enough! They truly care about their products and, even more, their customers.

Great art from amazing company which is just starting imagine what they’ll become for those iffy about buying it is truly recommend the one I have the nucleus one and it’s so trippy and just cool to look at paired with lights and the art comes to life

Overall, this purchase has been a disappointment. After waiting for around two months (I get the feeling that they use funds from current orders to produce the product of past orders), my order arrived unframed with the seemingly cheapest frame that they could have bought also in the box. They didn’t even bother to install their artwork in the frame. The artwork itself was okay, pretty much the equivalent of about 50 of those little square images that you used to get in a crackerjack box.

I guess they had some mix up and I got the wrong package but they were very helpful and sent a replacement

My package was unfortunately stolen at my apartment complex and I was so heartbroken as I was so excited to have this piece as my main “conversation starter” piece in my home. I reached out for support and Andrew Jackson promptly reached out and helped guide me through the entire process. He was incredibly kind, quick with his responses, and was so helpful with getting a new shipment sent out to me!

The customer service was awesome. They reached out a few times to update me about my order when it was delayed after a machine broke. 10/10 experience

I got a little carried away with my purchases. The lady on the other end was kind and not pushy at all we reduced my order because I wanted some items and she gave reccomendations. It was a pleasant experience.

I received a call after responding to an email regarding my order. I was disappointed that my order was going to arrive late. My order arrived on time however I’m still waiting for the frames.

I can say that the customer service these guys are willing to do is seriously top notch. It’s rare to have someone with the company reach out to address a shipping concern I had. Amaan helped walk me through my options and helped me find a solution that worked for me. I’m now even more excited to receive my product because I can tell they are an honest company just trying to share cool art!
