For some unknown reason, my order was not delivered and has been returned to the sender. I’ve been trying to contact them to find out when I can expect my refund so that I can place the order again, but unfortunately, there seems to be no customer service available. It has now been more than one week and I still haven’t received any response or update regarding my order or refund.

I've been using the showerhead now for over a year and it's been awesome. I've noticed a significant difference in the health of my hair.

However, the water plate in the showerhead provided has built up limescale and is now bent and unusable. I've lost the second one provided with the purchase of the Head. The water plate is not available to purchase via the website, and the support team hasn't responded to my email. I'm not buying a new shower head to receive a water plate.

how I love you... let me count the ways! I was actually intending to buy another showerhead brand when I came across Pickinicki, but once I discovered it, it just appealed to me. When I saw it online I was drawn to the design, but once I received the product and started using it, I was completely won over by the way my hair felt softer, bouncier and dried quicker. The feel of the water coming out of the showerhead is silky and the smell is divine. One can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail in pickiniki, and this impression was confirmed when I interacted with the company staff. Deliveries may take a while but the product is worth the waiting time.

I had a subscription order placed automatically nearly 4 weeks ago, charged 68 euro .
Not shipped - have sent 2 cancellations requests and numerous emails to customer service and no response or refund as requested
Edit 30:06/26 received full refund as order not sent.
Today received a shipping confirmation and an email to say it had been processed in error and there would be no charge because of the experience .
Appreciated the email and the complimentary order

Oh, I've been using Picki Niki for two years and I absolutely love it! So glad it's finally available in the UK directly.

In Korea, everyone uses shower filters even though the water is soft, so the tech there is actually really advanced. When we moved to the UK two years ago, the hard water here completely wrecked my child's skin and caused severe hair loss for me.

There are so many cheap, dodgy filters online these days, but I trusted this one since it’s made in Korea. Honestly, it literally saved us. Massive improvement.

4 of 6 replacement filters faulty, and customer support doesn't exist. The initial purchase was great. But of the replacement filters I ordered, 4 out of 6 don't let water pass through at all — clearly a manufacturing defect. I've contacted customer support repeatedly and had no response to a single message. No refund, no replacement, no acknowledgement. £12 for a filter, £48 wasted.
Order numbers: #9643 and #10982. I'd like a refund or working replacements. Happy to update this review once the issue is resolved

Update: a month of back and forth and long silences later, Picki Niki sent 4 replacement filters. Did it need to be this hard?

***Update - really happy to say that the company has been in touch and I received a replacement shower head today. 5 stars for the product but had to deduct something due to the length of time to resolve my issue.***

At first I was really happy with the Picki Niki shower head filters. The shower flow was improved, the smell from the vitamin C filters was wonderful, I saw improvements to my hair and felt my shower cubicle stayed cleaner with the filtered water as well. Unfortunately less than 4 months in I found my shower head had fallen from its holder and had snapped above the thread from just falling on the floor. The initial cost for a shower head and filters is £89 and I just cannot afford to spend that much again so soon. I messaged Picki Niki support on the 18th April and had an AI response stating that I could get a replacement and a person would be in touch soon about the process. (To note, I did not ask for a free replacement just wanted to find out if there was any way of fixing this without spending so much money). Nothing after a week so I chased up and the AI response stated that actually it was too late for a free replacement and it had been passed to another team. I chased up again at a later date and 2 weeks on no one has actually responded to me. I’ve spent a total of £153 on a shower head/filters that lasted under 4 months and am left with filters I can’t use. Customer support is just non existent. I’m so disappointed as I wanted to continue with my subscription but I cannot justify spending another £89. It just seems like an odd business decision to lose a subscribing customer when all I actually need to solve this is a replacement shower head handle!

I would love to review this product but unfortunately delivery was attempted once by Royal Mail (I was not in the house to receive it as I got the delivery slot the same morning as delivery after I had left the house) and now I've received the notification that my order will be returned without another delivery attempt. I contacted customer support and got an AI response telling me that a €15 processing and restocking fee will be deducted from what I paid. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you don't leave your house!

The showerhead is really helpful—it’s improved my skin and made my thin hair shinier and stronger. The customer service is also fantastic. When I requested a replacement part, they simply sent it to me for free, and the communication was totally hassle-free and helpful! I highly recommend it—thank you so much!!!

So the webshop is a bit messy and the discount that was advertised did nit apply at my latest purchase (the time before everything worked well) but I simply reached out to the customer service explaining the situation and received the discount as a refund without problems. Had a customer service employee by the name Andreas taking care of my case and he was very friendly and seemed committed.

The products from Picki Niki GmbH are of excellent quality. I noticed visible improvements in both my skin and hair after using them. Truly recommendable!

It didn’t filter the hard water and my hair still feels very sticky/affected. The smell is quite pleasant and I can imagine if there are easier things to filter that it works, just not for hard water

Been using it for a couple of weeks and I’m happy with the results. My hair looks healthier and less frizzy.

Very disappointed with the customer support and delivery experience.

I placed my order on the 10th of January and was informed by Royal Mail that it was due to be delivered a few days later. After that, I received no updates for days. Today, I finally received a message saying the delivery had been returned to the sender due to an incorrectly filled address (that is on me; I should've triple checked).

However,
I immediately contacted support to correct the address and request a re-delivery instead of a cancellation, but I have not received any response from a real person, only an automatic AI-generated reply.

At this point, I have:

No product

No refund

No clear update on my order status

No human customer support response

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. As a customer, being left without my order or my money and no proper update is unacceptable.

I hope this review prompts someone from the team to actually look into my case and resolve it.

If the issue is resolved, I will update the review.

Update on 23rd June 2026:
After their reply, I did receive an email from them asking for the full adress and saying they would take care of dispatching it again right away, and when I replied wiht my details, no answer, no package, nothing still to this day!!! I just want my money!!!!! Biggest scam ever.

This is a scam. Don't buy this product.

I made an order in October 2025. Cancelled the order 10 days later as it hadn't been shipped for so long. Got an Al response telling me they'd look into it and get back to me. They never did. Then, it gets shipped, even after I requested a refund. Again, I asked for a refund. Same Al responses.
Messaged on their Instagram, nothing, Recieved the package and sent it back to the address it came from, as I still wanted my refund. I emailed, again. Nothing. The item is currently in Germany. I no longer have the item and still no refund, even AFTER I responded to their message under my previous Trustpilot review, which got taken down as they didn't like what I wrote. Which is the truth.

Because why else would you not give me my refund if you weren't a scam company? I'll also be making a complaint to the UKICC and will try and speak to the German police because this is ridiculous.

Put it on in a few mins, no tools. Water feels softer and doesn't leave my skin so dry.

Best customer service ever.
Picki Niki can change the game.
