Returns a problem
I bought from here a few times without a problem, but then I had to return an unopened box because my dog would no longer eat the food after starting his cancer treatment. I sent the package back, then had to leave the country due to a family emergency. When I got back a month later, I realized my money was never returned. I reached out to them and was told I should expect a refund within a week. Two weeks later, still no refund. I had to follow up again and now I'm still waiting. They tell me I will have it back within 5 business days. Really not the way to deal with customers.
