Dear Natalia.

Of course we are still very sorry you had a bad first experience with pensopay, but we did try to resolve your inquiry very fast once you had processed the first transaction.

Already 2 days after the first transaction your agreement was approved, so it was a huge priority from our side.
We had a follow-up dialogue with some constructive feedback, and we have taken it into consideration for future merchants.

The case however was resolved and money was paid out fairly quickly.
