When pkg was received there were no fasteners to put it together. Very disappointing, but contacted company they sent whole new set up and did not have to return original pkg. Which was very much appreciated

I never received the product
I never received the product!
It was supposed to be delivered by Fed Ex on Thursday, July 2nd. Then I was notified that there was a delay and rescheduled for Monday, July 6th. Over the weekend I got a new notice that the order could not be found. I am extremely disappointed ☹️
