Theyre a scam. Bottom line. Sending generic emails saying its on its way. They dont exist. Dont buy from them.

Beware, beware of this website. It’s a scam. They will take your money but never fulfill your order. If you email their customer service team, they will never respond. I had to put in a dispute to my MasterCard to reverse the charges, but that process and the waiting periods for their response, takes months.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - June 2026 purchased some trainers from this “Company”. Order confirmation came through which looked odd. Tried to get back on the site I’d purchased them through, but couldn’t. So I typed in Pekira on Google to find it’s a site that sells things for cats, and nothing else. 5 minutes later I received another email from a different company named Service-plum & another order number. This company didn’t exist either. 55 days later today, unfortunately I still haven’t received my trainers. They give you courier names & tracking details & to be perfectly honest I think they are fabricated also.
So today the company has said that the parcel has gone missing (I didn’t see that one coming 😂😂😂😂😂😂) They say be patient, & It’s going to take the Bank 10 to 20 working days for refund as “MY” bank or Credit Card company will also need some time to process the refund so I responded with Bull💩. I reminded them that the banks do refunds at your request and not when they feel like it..!!!!
How these people sleep at night I do not know but I will continue to contact them every single day & constantly ask for the money back (74 emails so far) they stole from me on the 20 June 2026 at 19.14. The courier was MeiHoo Pegasus, I think this is a bogus company as I’ve sent lots of emails to them & never had a response. Track17 & Track178 the same with these, not responded to any emails. Got Shop & Shopify involved so I need to progress down that avenue. But I won’t give up that’s for sure…!!!!
