I wish I could give this company ZERO…
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I signed up and was never able to use the product because they sent me a link to an APPLE product. I don't use Apple products so was never able to connect. And they refused to refund ANY of my money -instead offering a longer term at no extra charge. Give me a break. SCAM!

Advise is very helpful noticed a little improvement but it will take time I know think Gus needs more rest during the day & noticed its mostly in living room when Im sat down not in the kitchen because he knows the treat cupboard is there!

Our membership renews automatically until canceled, just like every other products. To cancel the membership, simply contact our support with the email you used during registration with us,
Just to clarify, the registration on our website includes several detailed steps: you completed a personalized quiz about your dog, confirmed your email and selected a membership plan.

Do NOT sign up for PawChamp. I forgot I signed up just to check it out. They ripped over $73 out of my account (I am a pensioner) and flatly refused to reimburse. They kept banging on about what did I think of them etc. etc., and all I wanted was my money back. They are not even Australian! PawChamp is no better than any other source of information for dog training and care. Avoid them like the plague. If I could I would set my dog on them!
