We understand how frustrating it can be when the sizing of a new bracelet doesn’t match your expectations. For all products available in different sizes, we provide a size guide on the product page. For the Phrep bracelet, this includes both instructions on how to measure your wrist correctly and the total length of each bracelet size – including the anchor clasp.

Please note that sizing can vary slightly depending on the model or production year, especially if your previous bracelet is from an older collection. As our Customer Care team has already informed you, unfortunately, it’s not possible to shorten the bracelet after purchase.

For future orders, we highly recommend checking the size guide. And if you're ever unsure – especially with personalized items – feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team in advance. We're always happy to help!

Zölle und Steuern:

Beim Versand von Produkten aus 925er Sterling Silber von Deutschland in die Schweiz greift die Edelmetallkontrolle. In diesem Zusammenhang erhebt das Bundesamt für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit eine Einfuhrgebühr, auf die wir leider keinen Einfluss haben. Wir verstehen, dass diese Kosten absolut nachvollziehbar für Unzufriedenheit sorgen – insbesondere, wenn sie im Verhältnis zum Warenwert unverhältnismäßig sind.
