Loved the research to confirm correct part
When I asked for confirmation about a set of headlights and weather they would fit my model car, they researched that an identical looking light, but, different part number is what I needed for my car. Then quoted that exact part number, and arranged to have it delivered to my home.
And they happened to be the best price on the internet.
Most important to me was their help in researching the exact part number and confirming availability.

Gear arrived in reasonable time and well packed. Also, the delivery person rang the bell and waited for me to come to the door. Other deliver people often just leave a card regardless of whether I'm at home.
