Had a bad experience with the valent…
Had a bad experience with the valent service both when delivering and when picking up our car. No one was answering the phone. Had to call five different numbers! Everything was only in German, no one spoke English and it cost us 3 euros (out) and 9 euros (home) extra in parking. We will not be using the company again.
