Third time I used this service for delivery of my cargo by air. Again it was delivered on time. I did not encounter any issues.

The best service it was my 1st time experience with pak cargo and had really good experience safe and on time.. keep it up.

Bad experience!! Extremely poor customer services on the phone desk @ 02074584422.

I have called at this number and the lady who attended the call has poor phone etiquettes, was loud, had attitude and was not considerate or had listen me well.
My parcel was late for over 4-5 weeks.

Delay is okay as things not always go as planned however the phone operator needs to be replaced if company wants more customers.
Not using this service due to the bad customer service over the phone !

Used 1st time to send parcels to Pakistan . Very happy received on time and all intact nothing missing.will use in future . Customer service is great

Order 9154 Item collected from my place 09th October and till today 30th Jan 2025 not delivered. when I called the number 02074584422 answer is delayed due to some random reasons when asked for evidence for those Randoms reason no reply told to email. when I said as per tracking its showing with local courier but its showing since last 3 days no update I was told to call them myself when I question why should I call them I paid the service to you you should chase it up. rude and unprofessional staff and misleading

Unprofessional customer service, Stolen Items and Delayed Delivery
I had the worst and horrible experience with this delivery service. We sent the items on the 10th October and still chasing it up for update. First delivery was late then valuable stuff were missing when it arrived.

Every time I tried to contact their customer service, I had a rude attitude from their admin team and felt like they are accusing us for sending valuable item with them. If that was the case why they didnot mention anything on pick up . Their attitude
was that they are only responsible to send , if it doesnot arrive on the other side they are not responsible . This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I would never recommend their service to anyone!

Sorry to hear that you got your 4 bags and your half stuff was inside also you guys never mentions it’s new stuff and it was not insurance or anything we are just expecting old clothes and Chaneged £1.25 per kg no insurance people are sending used clothes which are not wearables anymore in uk so they send to poor people we have sent you 4 bags your staff was inside as you guys told now
In Pakistan custom has right to check the anyone bags ,sacks or suitcases etc they are legalised in their jobs we can not stop and we are sorry if you lost your some of the items
We can not do any further on more on it but if you really want to to speak about it as we have given to you or Pakistan team contact details you guys directly deal with them we cannot do anything because we don’t have

I had the worst experience with this delivery service. I sent my delivery on 23rd April 2024, but it wasn’t delivered until November, and even then, two of my bags were missing. The remaining two bags were eventually delivered in December, but they arrived with a lot of valuable items missing.

Every time I tried to contact their customer service, either no one responded, or when they did, I was given vague excuses like “it will be delivered soon” or told to “file a claim.” This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Think a hundred times before trusting them with your delivery – I would never recommend their service to anyone!

I have been using Pak Cargo Service for over 10 years now.

The management and staff are really cooperative and try to assist when things go wrong.

Important to remember that once Cargo crosses into Pak, things can get complicated just the way systems in Pak work (customs, changes in government rules, bureaucracy, etc). But the team do their best to resolve such issues using their wealth of experience in the industry.

Company was absolutely amazing, the package was swiftly taken and collected by a team which who was kind and caring of my products and very professional. I have been using them for over 10 years and would recommend them highly. Would use again and again. Alhamdulillah

Staff are lovely and were attentive to all my requests. When the collection team arrived they swiftly packed my items and sent me everything by email including my invoice etc. would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will continue to use this service.
