I am very impressed with the quality of the washed tanks. Lovely thick fabric and I love the added fill-in piece of fabric under the arm that prevents any side boob or bra being visible. Excellent.

Asked me to pay postage again
Avoid. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a top which never arrived. When I chased it, I was told they would send a replacement only if I paid the postage again. This is not acceptable, and requiring a customer to pay again for goods that were never received is contrary to UK consumer law.
I eventually got a refund, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Delivery problems happen, but making the customer pay to resolve the retailer’s failed delivery is unacceptable.

Size of swimsuit
Size of swimsuit - too big. Wanted to return for smaller size. They offer 10% credit to keep something I cannot wear. Or 20% discount for next order which will not happen. I don't mind for shipping to return.

Problem solved quickly and without fuss
I had an issue whilst buying an item on the website. I added a 20% off code which, when I moved to the next page, it came off and I was charged fully and I didn’t notice until after I’d paid. I was quite upset so I sent a message to the team. I had a response from Sabrina who dealt with the issue quickly and sorted my 20%. What a relief! Great customer service- very happy! I’m new to the site and will be back knowing they have a good team and response times.

Scam- Didn’t Receive Order
Placed a large order for several items. Never received anything and I can’t contact the delivery carrier. It’s a scam as far as I’m aware. They happily take your money then deliver nothing.

Long shipping times, poor quality items, real hassle if you try to return
I ordered 3 items I thought I would like. The material is like plastic and the clothes didn't fit me the way I wanted. I emailed them to get the return address... and they emailed me back, asking if I wanted to keep my order, order something else & only pay for shipping. I said, I would just prefer a refund. Then they emailed me back saying shipping is such a pain and instead they would give me some other deal (where, I still pay them more money). I sent a THIRD email asking for the return address for the return and AGAIN they offered something else claiming mailing things was a hassle they would prefer me not have to suffer through. I go to the post office regularly. I have plenty of supplies to ship things back. I have all the stamps necessary to do the return and yet THEY ARE, so far, NOT GIVING ME THE RETURN ADDRESS. Also, from their emails, I can tell that English isn't their first language. I am very disappointed with the products and their service. Also, it took over 3 weeks to recieve the items.
Then they responded to this review, but never emailed me. I checked my spam too.

The cardigan I purchased was supposed to be knitted. When it arrived it was a horrible fabric, printed, not knitted and the “black” of the cardigan is green! Not very impressed about paying $70AUD for something that is not worth it.

Needed an Exchange
I ordered 3 shirts, got them in and they were too small... I reached out to their customer service and received some of the BEST customer service I've had in a while. Sabrina was timely in their response, they were wonderful and let me keep the originals, and they went ahead and shipped the shirts back out in the new requested sizes, all I had to do was pay for new shipping, which I absolutely did not mind after having such a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend to all!
