We recently had a customer tell us we love your club but the only thing that lets us down is the admin. This customer hasn’t been able to pay through LA for months. In fact it’s not our only customer who hasn’t been able to pay on LA this is a repeated issue. Honestly as someone with a marketing background I have very little good things to say about LA so far. The amount of time wasted by issues it cause making us look stupid to our customers or just features we were told work which don’t. Or the UX options for holiday clubs, making it near impossible to find a layout which is in anyway user friendly. We have seen customers try things that should work and just been left on an error page on their account. The memberships are terribly complex to manage. Making quick sales with out team is almost impossible we had to find work arounds just to get people into the door because they were having such trouble trying to pay. Honestly LA if your an inspiring club with lots of customers and services LA will make everything worse for you. The one saving grace is Conor in the support team. But apart from that we massively regret the decision to move over to LA. If you want your customers to be able to pay this is no the booking platform for you, if you want your customers to have terrible booking experiences and blame those on your well thought out brand then this is the platform for you.

Lauren is always so helpful, friendly and efficient. She calmly helps us deal with our issues, questions, and managing new initiatives in a professional manner and explains things very clearly. Thank you to the whole team for their ongoing support and quick responses to our queries.

We have been with Loveadmin for several years now. The migration to V2 had its challenges and still has! However, Leo especially, has been great with support and communication along with the help team. Our club classes and bookings have different requirements making things far from straightforward. There is still a way to go to make it perfect but we remain hopeful we will get there.

LoveAdmin has been great for our speech and drama education company. We use it for registration, timetables, invoicing, communication and more. The support team are incredibly helpful and it's great to know that I can pick up the phone if I run into problems. It's not the cheapest Business Management system out there, but it is really well suited to my business and has far more functionality than other systems.

The Love Admin system is a fantastic addition to our club and the recent upgrade to V2 has helped our club run more efficiently. The join in app for members has also seen huge benefits for us and our members and allows all our information, classes/registers, timetables, invoicing and payments to be in one place, making workload far easier to manage. It’s wonderful to have a real person to troubleshoot any issues with and even if they’re not resolved immediately they are addressed in a timely manner.
We have struggled with ongoing issues; emails sent from LA not going to a members inbox and therefore not being received/responded to and this is why the rating is not 5 stars. That said, our experience is that LA is always customer focused and has a high priority for a good customer experience. They work with you and offer training in areas that may require more knowledge to best benefit from the admin system.

LoveAdmin has everything we need to manage our club day to day. Our account manager Lauren offers ongoing support and cannot do enough to help us! LoveAdmin take all of our feature requests on board and have implemented them wherever possible.

Needs drastically testing and bugs fixing for the newer iphones. Not updated in the app store for FOUR years!!

At Evolve Gymnastics Academy, managing member payments used to be one of our biggest challenges. The process was completely manual, checking bank statements, matching payments to members, and chasing outstanding fees ourselves. It took hours every month and distracted us from focusing on coaching and developing our club.

I have been with Love admin for many years now, and have been through the all of the changes and developments through each version.
The staff are very friendly and supportive for what ever you need and the software itself is supper adaptable to each individual need.
The version changes and updates can throw a few challenges, but I recognise this is because the system is being improved an updated all the time. Backtrack before any system to manage my club was there, I don't regret one bit of using loveadmin to get me through my clubs expansion and developments.
To date, we have over 700 members per week and I am able to manage this with one person in the office for 20hr per week.

The support we have had from Leo and Luke during the whole process has been fabulous.
Nothing has been too much trouble and issues have been sorted straight away without hassle.
Our suggestions have been noted and acted upon to make our experience better with our system.

The customer service is very good and quick on hte occasions that we need it. The prices have increased though over the last year and additional charges have been added. The interface is very good and straight forward to use for customers and works excellently.
