You get what you order. Shipping costs usually very good. Good prices and they take your order quickly. And they do correct if anything wrong. Very much better experience than Autodoc and more honest. Have ordered parts from here many times last 12-15 years, so date of experience not valid

Despite the bad reviews, my experience was excellent. They have the cheapest car parts online and the packaging was great. Shipping took a bit longer since it was near Christmas, but that’s understandable.

They are thieves. They sent a completely different product than I ordered. Customer service does not respond at all

Ordered and item and asked if they could change the delivery address after the order had been placed.

I specifically said to send the order even if they can't change the delivery address. Lott Autoteile cancelled my order and DOUBLED the price for the same item...

Didn't get a reason to why the order was cancelled.

First time ordered on 18-06-2023. DHL says package is damaged. I have contacted DHL in Netherland today. They say you (LOTT) have to start a research and contact DHL. It’s now 12-07-2023 and still got no refund.

First of all, customer service is real nightmare.
You asks them actual status of shipping - they don't know.
After 2 business day no shipping. I'm asking to cancel order because they can't provide information about date of shipping. They confirm that cancel it. I ordered brake rotors from other store.

2 days later i receive a tracking number. OMG. How is that possible. So customer service actually don't canceled it.
So i need to cancel collection wait when it comes back to store and they can refund me.
One month of struggles.

Ordered various parts for my Toyota, including front brake discs. Upon arrival, I notice that I've been shipped rear discs for a Citroen mistakenly.

Customer service basically told me to f*** off after taking two weeks to reply to my request

ordered 24 cannisters of brakecleaning fluid. It is not the best we have used untill now, but it does the job. So in view of pricing/quality, the product is quite good. Delivery was as agreed and correct

Almost any shop can deliver ordered goods in time, the risk of failure is very low. However, you cannot know how good or trustworthy a shop is until you run into a unfortunate event.

I ordered some car parts and tools from Lott.de. The delivery was quick and parts came as ordered. Unfortunatley one of the items was faulty. I provided information about the missfortune in form of prictures and a clear descrition. Their customer support asked some relevant questions and proved to be very customer oriented. We quickly agreed on a solution to the problem, and despite the missfortune of the faulty part I am still a very pleased customer.

I look forward to buying from lott.de again very soon.

I have the same experience as Ebay_shopper15. If the company send the wrong part they are not willing to send the right part, or pay for the shipping cost. We have contact with European consumer center and the are not following the european law by doing this. We are going to process this. I would not recommended to use this company. The are not willing to make things right when they have done wrong.

Ordered part from ebay, item they sent was totally different. When I told them about their mistake, they told send item back using "the cheapest shipper" without specifying anything more. I send back using the same shipping company they used, so far LOTT has declined to refund shipment costs.

If company doesn't value it's brand and customers value more than this, it is a shame.
