Right now I am trying to log in to use this for my first time and I am being asked about my experience with Lorka and I have not used it yet. I cannot get to the main screen until I complete this. SO honestly, it sucks if I have to do this before even using the tool.

I am honestly extremely frustrated with…
I am honestly extremely frustrated with this company. I cancelled my subscription, yet Lorka AI keeps attempting to charge my card. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still cannot get a proper response or a clear confirmation that my subscription has actually been cancelled.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. I should not have to block my card just to stop a company from repeatedly attempting to charge me after I have already cancelled.
At this point, the entire experience feels like a scam. The lack of transparency, the repeated payment attempts and the terrible customer support are completely unacceptable.
Stay away from this service unless you want to spend your time fighting to cancel your subscription.
