Ordered two glass lamps, one arrived completely smashed into small pieces. No replacement is sent, no refund made despite the numerous exchanges and their with customer support, which seems to be AI-powered. Despite the reassurance that the replacement will be sent to me, 4 months later – nothing happend. Avoid this firm.
Run away from that scam compagny. The goods are not delivered. I have asked multiple times to cancel the order as the goods were still in the factory. No one respond to email. My order is still not fully delivered . It’s been almost 2 months. Despite all the email, none respond . The good I have received are the quality of a TEMU lamp which is not worse the price at all.

I bought a table lamp from this company. What they delivered is not working. I asked for a return however yhe so called customer service is doing everything not to initiate the return process. I sent them the video of non working product twice. They still claim they did not receive it. I think the comany is a huge scam. I would stay away from them.
Terrible experience. I strongly advise against ordering with Lonon.nl. Very dissapointed with the delivery time: ordered on 29/11/25 received on 19/12/25, the tracking system does give not any relevant information , the quality is a bad chinese quality whereas the price was really high. I received the blanket from China in a plastic without any document not even an order reference nor return document, was clearly a cheap Chinese product not even corresponding to the description nor nice photo they publish on their website. The client servuce always sends the same email. AVOID this company!
Terrible! It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered and still nothing, not even a shipping number. I would not order from them again. I believe they do not have stock in NL instead on order they ship your product from China.
