Order not delivered. Have waited 3.5 months have emailed multiple times. no reponse. No delivery. total scam. Money gone.

The jumper's colour is richer than the photos showed.

If I could I would give zero stars. This place is a complete sham. Ordered a pair of mens tassled loafers, looked lovely on site but arrived (1) Plastic shoes (2) Too small, just horrible. I contacted them straight away & was left going back & forth sending pictures of the shoes, labels etc. Eventually they started ignoring my emails. So I'm not going to waste anymore of my time, they are complete frauds. But I do believe in Karma!!!!

Ordered a linen shirt from their wide selection. Arrived in two days, neatly folded. Fits perfectly, looks like the photos.

The outfit looked great once it arrived, but delivery was slower than I had hoped. The quality is decent, and I'd order again if I'm not in a hurry.

I love the variety of fashionable styles available. I purchased two tops, and both fit perfectly. They've also held up well after washing, which was a nice surprise.

Its a decent piece, easy to include in different outfits. They handled my concern smoothly

I bought two tracksuits from Lomiea, but when received, one was the wrong colour and both were completely different to the ones on their website. I requested to return the items and to requested a refund (well within a few days of receiving the items). Two months later and over 29 e-mails later, they still havent advised on how I can return for a refund. They were responding to begin with, advising they would help, and trying to offer me partial refunds and for me to which i declined. They have now gone silent and have ignored my last 6 emails sent over the last month. I should have read the reviews here before purchasing as there is not one positive review. Absolutely disgusting company.

Avoid! Wrong size sent with label cut. They offered a 10% refund, and when I said I wanted a replacement, they ignored all my emails.

Refused to refund. Had to contact my bank. Don’t bother ordering

I placed an order for a suit from Lomiea on May 6th. Delivery took over two weeks, which was much longer than expected. When the suit finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The fabric was cheap, the stitching and overall finishing were poor, and the quality was far below what was advertised. It wasn't something I would feel comfortable wearing anywhere.

I contacted Customer Service, and they asked me to send photos of the product. After I did, they stopped responding altogether. Since I have been unable to resolve the issue with the company, I am now disputing the charge through my bank.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be purchasing from Lomiea again.

Do not use this company! The items are of such poor quality - you can get better from Temu! The delivery took around 6 weeks and now I want to refund the order they have stopped replying. Their website doesnt show you how to return the item and they are just ignoring my requests. Absolute sham of a company! Wish I hadnt used them as they now have my money for a dress I wouldnt even pay £2 for!

They sent me a fake tracksuit that is diabolical quality. I have emailed them with no response. Cost £65!! Definitely a temu tracksuit!

Terrible experience. I received my order (#4388) on May 19th and immediately contacted their support to exercise my 14-day right of return.
Instead of providing a simple return address, their customer service deliberately delayed the process. They repeatedly tried to push partial refunds and exchanges. When I declined and insisted on returning the items, they completely stopped replying to my emails.
Holding customers' money hostage and ignoring legal return requests to run out the clock is completely unacceptable. I have already opened a formal chargeback dispute with my bank to recover my funds and reported their website to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Stay away from this store if you value your money and consumer rights.

Would Have given zero star if it was an option.
Placed an order on the 14th May. Received an email confirming the order but no order number. After waiting 2 weeks for the item to be delivered, we contacted customer service. we were told the address was missing so we supplied the missing information a week later still nothing so emailed them again... received the same email asking for delivery address. replied by supplying it again... Sent an other email asking for a refund... No answer. We are now the 4th June and still noting. Tried ringing the +44 7448 986668 and it says voicemail is full. Scam. Stay away from them.

I would rate them with zero if possible get first email then everything goes dead. AVOID. Shoes my wife ordered would not fit said they were a 5 which she takes. Just wanted an address to return. Got nothing.

Stay away from Lomiea. They sent me the wrong item - completely different from what I had ordered (and the incorrect item was actually from TEMU). The photos on the website are highly misleading- I imagine they are all actually TEMU items.

Customer service refused to make things right or issue a proper refund. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
