Ordered Mtg display and payment via PayPal. I got a mail when the package will arrive and it came on time.

Pokemon is limited in supply massively. The feedback from all shops including lootcave has confirmed this. Reviews complaining about order cancelations due to Pokemon being limited and not understanding that is wild. I have nothing but positive things to say about lootcave. Honest seller with an honest all be it sad reality that you simply have to wait.
The wait is over, i got my cards, i got a freebie in the box too and now I have the great supplier for my pokemon needs.

Dishonest sellers alert! I have preordered two Pokémon ETB back in November 2024, due to be released on February 2025. I have not received my order in February but an email from the seller stating stock shortage and they ask for my patience and that they will fulfil the order in March. In March, the same thing happened, and in April too. I had very patchy correspondence with them about it. I do understand that many sellers of Pokémon cards have issues with supply, and that is why I agreed to wait. Eventually, I asked for a refund, but they are still ignoring my request and have not refunded me to this day. Unfortunately, eBay considers this case as old since it was placed in November. It is very upsetting to know that dishonest sellers are allowed on eBay.

DO NOT PREORDER
we have prorder pokemon.
Saler has a retail shop, and ebay.we bought at 4x the normal retail price!
At the release we have been put in wait for 2 wave, than 3 wave because of stock and demande they asked is to be patient.
.For in the end never received anything, but never veen refunded.
We spend 107€ and the shop refuse to refund, and couldnt care any less they are thiefs.

Getting worse and worse month to month. I think I'm being scammed. I bought PRE release bundle (3*3 pack blisters + 1 ETB + 1 Poster collection+ 1 Binder collection) and never saw it. Not even part of it. 2 months have passed since the release, 6 months since I fully paid may order. The only thing they're doing is sending emails with apologies and telling that they're expecting supplies. Nobody will get you anything! The Pokemon market is cooked all around the world. So, go and take the products to send me! Doesn't matter where, I don't really care. Fulfill your obligations!!!
You've been using my money for half a year, covering your needs! Do your job and send me my order!!!
Unfortunately had to edit my review since my order got cancelled.
Seller changed his bank account without informing me. Since the payment for preorder wasnt necessary until shortly before release. i transfered the money to the bankaccount from the confirmation email. Didnt get a payment confirmation and contacted support to look why.
I got a reply that it will be looked after but it obviously wasnt. There hasnt been a single email stating that my order would be cancelled if i didnt pay until certain day.
In my opinion the payment went through and i just needed to wait for fulfilment.
Actually the payment didnt went through as they swapped their bankaccount mid month. I didnt notice my payment was returned as it didnt mention the sellers name or anything shop related.
So shortly after communicating with the buyers that no more orders will be canceled i got my cancel email. Unfortunately not a single request for payment was sent to me. Leaving me under the impression my order will be fulfilled.
Its also my fault but i wished a little more communication and service from support. Especially when swapping bank accounts without newsletter or any kind of client information.

I made a preorder on 2. november asked the seller personally and he was reasuring me they work with multiple suppliers so I can rest assured to get he product. But on january 9th, week before product release (Prismatic Evolutions), they only sent me an email about 100% cancelation without even discuss any options with me first. This seller is unreliable and you should avoid buying from him at any cost. Total fraud.
