Today is 17th of April. I ordered my set 27th of March and it's still not shipped. I tried contacting by WhatsApp and simply calling but there is no response. Avoid this at all costs.

I am very pleased with the service and quality of the products, would highly recommend.
Before purchasing, I saw some reviews that were pretty bad, and I thought it would be unfortunate and improbable if I got the same bad luck.
And so it happened. Kind of. Order arrived swiftly, good packaging etc. but there were some things not right about it, so I contacted. After not getting a response, frustration came together with the “I should’ve listened to the reviews I read, and this would be avoided” thought. 1-star review came, formal complaint etc. etc.
Then, the customer service got back to me…and they did it with the most human attitude I’ve seen. Where other companies would have not cared, Lockpickshop truly got accountable, replied and solved my problem.
And that’s why I came back here and edited my rage-full review. Because we’re all human and make mistakes, as my mistake was probably to judge too quickly biased by the reviews I had seen here…and I apologize for that same as you apologized for the mistake in my order and delayed reply.
I hope this comment helps others in the same situation to give a second chance and be patient, not making my same mistake.
There was an item missing from the order. After first mail about it, got 1 reply asking if package was damage, but all further mails and request for the missing object or refund, there was only silence
Picks did the job they are designed for. I am not a professional and I still got the lock open.
