The car rental company made everything…
The car rental company made everything very easy for us. In fact, when we arrived, we were able to choose between three different cars in the same category. The lady who assisted us was very kind and patient.
When returning the car, the gentleman clearly showed us where to leave it, and we didn’t have to wait even a second to complete the return process.
I give them a 10 out of 10!

The perfect rental at Pisa airport
The staff were very helpful and professional. I’ve received a little bigger car than proposed one during booking process, so our journey was more comfortable. The visual and technical condition was perfect. There were no problems to find rental property as shuffle bus from airport terminal was on service. The only one disadvantage was the time of pickup of the car but this is well known issue of nearly every car rental.

The staff were great, so friendly, polite and helpful. They spoke great English, so collection and drop off was quick and easy. The car itself was great, and the briefing was clear yet thorough. Getting to the collection and drop off areas was easy and no wait times for either. Best hire car service I've ever used!

We are very disappointed.
We are very disappointed for no answer regarding our problems. We send two emails to your different addresses but no any answer steel. We call once to your emergency telephone but no real interest how we managed our problems. We had much better opinion about your service, but we are disappointed. If you are interested in this case I can send you a copy of two mails we send to you.
