After being denied a reserved car in other company for not having a international driver license, I found a helpful person at Locauto desk who provided us with a nice car (Ford Puma) for our 11 days trip. Staff at pick up/return location point very kind and helpful

Great experience with Locauto during our holiday in Garda. The car was clean, modern and comfortable, and the whole rental process was straightforward and hassle-free. The only improvement would be clearer directions for dropping off the car at Bergamo Airport, particularly due to the ongoing roadworks. Overall, very satisfied and would use Locauto again.

5 star if returns bay was better signposted
Very helpful staff easy booking over internet once Irish address was accepted on system manually input by Locauto staff. Would be five stars if it wasn't for three frustrating laps of Malpenza airport trying to find the return bay. Eventually followed bright yellow Hertz sign to find it! Car return fast and simple procedure would definitely use Locauto again for efficient service and competitive prices.
