Terrible/Non-existent support after paying.
After all the careful planning, the amount of time spent designing my custom ring set, I reminded them so many times to take extra care, but when it finally arrived, the ring loop hole is bent. I contacted the person that I’ve been designing the ring with for at least 5 months… and no reply after 2 week of multiple emails.

Pretty good customer service however Read fine print!
I made a pretty spontaneous decision based off of only excitement and cost and while i’m very happy with the quality of the ring as well as the price there are some great coupon codes out there. Just please make sure you check for the best codes online before purchasing as I missed out on 40% off and saw it the day after purchasing… HOWEVER I had customer service contact me and issue a large refund even after recieving the ring due to my frustration. I must say the customer service team really went above and beyond to help me along the entire process. One thing I did not love was the “free returns” however that is for store credit. Again, my personal fault as I didnt read the fine print. Anyway it’s 10x better than a in person store charging you way more than what the ring is actually worth and they have way way way more options so I would give them a shot just make sure to get your ring size checked in person prior to purchase as it costs to have it changed after the purchase is made even if it’s only been a couple hours.

Happy but disappointed
Don't get me wrong.
I love my ring. The seller took a lot of time to help me create the engagement ring of my dreams. The ring also turned out absolutely gorgeous.
HOWEVER
The ring is now worn for roughly 3weeks with only NORMAL DAILY USE and it already has a chip in it.
Yes it was a conscious decision to not get a gold-ring due to them being quite expensive.
However we still paid roughly 400€(!!) for a ring that only stayed spotless for 3weeks.
Honestly quite the disappointment.
