I ordered a set of knitting needles on 19th of August. On 25th I received a notification of my package having been sent with promise of delivery between 6-7 days. My post app only showed that post was waiting for the package. On September 1st I send a question about my package. 3rd of September post finally got the package for delivery and I received it on 4th. I have not received any answers for the 3 emails I have sent to the customer service.
I have suspicion that the package did not leave their warehouse when they sent me the confirmation. And if I hadn't asked for it, it still wouldn't be here.
I am still waiting for an answer for my latest email.

Every time I have odered, there is something wrong with the order. Last time I ordered, I bought a dark blue/green yarn, and I got very bright, light blue. All they did, was just apologizing. At least now I have another good reason to only buy local shops instead of this. If you want a yarn to match the description and photos, NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

I like the selection at lindehobby and the prices are acceptable, but I hate that the site is not offered in English. Finnish is not a language that translates well. I also hate that I cannot choose where to pick up my package.

Great selection of yarns and categorized well with competitive pricing. Super fast shipping and packaging is excellent. No need to worry or write a separate note for the same dye lot as they take care of that.

Lindehobby provides an excellent service, replied my emails promptly and took action immediately. Will continue to buy from their online store.

The customer service is unbelievably bad. Even a scammerlike.

I’ve ordered 20 balls of yarn. They only have 19 with the same LOT number, so they asked per email if it’s ok to send one ball with a different LOT. It was ok, I answered this to their email as they advised me to do.

The problem is that apparently nobody reads my answer and I get a badly translated email every day asking the same question, is it ok that the lots don’t match. Now they are cancelling my order as they are „unable to reach me.“

This whole process has taken so long that even if I some beautiful day get the balls, I will never order anything from them ever.
