If I can withdrew that last star, I would because I bought an interactive dinosaur book and after payment, I noticed the wrong address, so I emailed the customer support right away. But the mail query was not tend to until the 11th hour. It's been more than 22 hours since my purchase and 3 emails sent from different avenues to notify of change of address.
The auto-reply said "Thank you for your message. I hope you’re having a wonderful day – we will attend to your request as soon as possible.
Our current average response time is 6–12 hours on weekdays and 12–24 hours over the weekend."
What a sham! The item was purchased on Thursday night. It's not even the weekend. What could warrant such a late response?

Poor customer service, poor follow-up on damaged product, refusing to refund.

I took photos, sent it back requesting for a refund. They offered a replacement item which I stupidly agreed to. It never came. They insisted the replacement was delivered but when I requested for proof of delivery, they had said they need to chase up with their logistics partner. Haven't heard back since. Really bad.

Ordered a kids drone on 18 August and it never came till date. It's been over 10 days. When I wrote to the Liontots support on 24 Aug, they responded that the package is lost in transit. They asked if want to reorder or refund. I agreed to reorder hoping that I will get the package this time. But today, I checked the tracker and still it doesn't show the item in transit. I wrote to them again and got the same 'lost in transit' response. This makes me think that this is a SCAM ! Never buy anything from Liontots. I bought this based on the notification from Facebook (Meta). How is Meta going to deal with this and ensure that background checks are conducted on such companies who scam customers?

Very disappointed in the quality of the Dinosaur Encyclopedia. It is not an encyclopedia; it is a pop-up book with 6 pages. The packaging was terrible as well and the book itself was damaged.

Bought several items. 1) took a long time to arrive 2) box came dented. 3) looks very poor quality. 4) all made in China and I realised it was selling at pin duo duo for 1/4 of the price. 5) felt cheated and scammed. Terrible packaging, damaged items
Terrible packaging. So many of my items (marbling paint kit) came completely damaged. No bubble wrap or cushioning provided whatsoever. These were meant to be gifts for a birthday party and now I’m scrambling to find something presentable.
For a shop that’s supposed to be based in Singapore, items were shipped from China and took 3 weeks instead of the up to 10 business days promised.
Horrible. Don’t use it.
