I first learned about Leveraged Mining through the Better Wealth podcast, and got in touch with Joel and Derek to help me onboard which took 2-3 weeks initially. Later on, I added 1 more miner which took much quicker, just a few days to start mining. The BTC earning has been consistent each day and I can monitor it easily through an app, don't need to manage any infrastructure or servers at all, extremely hands off.

As for customer experience, these guys are very responsive to my inquiries and provide me lots of detail including tax info to pass on to my CPA. Leveraged Mining also has a web app which I can use to log my material participation activities, very handy.
