This transaction was a really good experience. The frames were old favorites of mine Ray-Ban no longer makes, so I was thrilled to update them and have worn them every day since they came. So glad to have them again at such a reasonable price.

Always a perfect prescription, and no one can beat their prices. I even have a fairly complicated prescription, and have ordered multiple lenses, always perfect.

This was my first time purchase of a product from Lens Factory. Everything was smooth from shipment out, to a minor change in options later. Email notifications along the way were welcomed and when the product arrived back, it worked perfectly. Will do business again.

My husband and I both replaced our lenses. Im very happy with the results and the price! I actually got some expensive designer frames from eBay and had the lenses put in those. My prescriptions is tricky and so getting new glasses is VERY expensive. I am so happy with the results. Ive got more frames coming and im going to have them do those too.

Thanks to LensFactory for making me a pair of real glass progressive eyeglass lens, putting a non glare coating on them and putting them in the titanium frames that I sent them. The lens that everyone else had made for me the past few years, even with what I have now found out was their way less than stellar quick spray scratch coating, was way to hard to keep clean, and way to easy to get scratched no matter what I tried. Lens from elsewhere would take extra time and effort to clean smears off of and get crystal clear and I hated them.
The lens that I have now, made by LensFactory are thin glass specially ground progressive lens and with the coating that they put on them are super easy to keep clean and keep streak free throughout the day. That is especially important because that I spend so much time outside or working in my shop. Considering that they let me supply my own frames to make custom lens for the price for these amazing lens was very competitive, really important because I am on fixed income, and I PROMISE you, I will never buy eyeglass lens anywhere else ever again. In fact, I have already bought an extra pair of frames that I have and am going to send them soon to have them make me an extra pair of lens and put in them.
Thank you LensFactory. It’s not everywhere that a person can trust to keep their word and make the best product possible instead of something, ‘just good enough to get by’.

The optical center height seems to be wrong. I had to tilt my head upwards and look through the bottom 1/3 of the lens to get a crisp read.

You always do the best on my glasses for an excellent price. Never will order elsewhere... Luv you guys!

It was a seamless process and the fact I was able to use my own frame as well as how quickly I got the glasses was awesome.

I've purchased over 4 pairs of trifocals and have been delighted with every pair. I've had problems with other companies that couldn't get my prescription correct. But that's never been a problem with Lens Factory. I appreciate that you provide an excellent product for a fair price.

The system of sending and receiving the lenses is really good. The choices are very wide. The website and ordering experience is so easy. I would definitely order again.

Great company with exceptional customer service and products at a very reasonable price. I bought 2 sets of lenses (High-Index Progressive, Polarized +Transitions Lenses) for my Randolph Engineering Aviator Frames. These lens are without a doubt the best lens I have ever purchased in over 40 years of wearing glasses. I am actually overwhelmed at the quality, combination of the High-Index Progressive, Polarized+Transitions Lenses and clarity of my new lens. A very enjoyable and quick buying experience.

Excellent service. They provided a safe and secure shipping box for me to ship my frames, which is so convenient for an busy person such as myself, sometimes I don’t have time to find a box and packing to send an item of a particular size. They made it easy! Also easy was uploading my prescription was and choosing a color and shade gradient of lens. I received a super clever and funny but accurate and detailed update on my order. And, when I received the finished product which honestly didn’t take long at all, I was beaming! They really did a great job.
