We will then look into the matter and either try to locate the parcel or send a replacement if it has been lost or misdelivered.

However, the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered on 17 April.

Instructions of the game were in some unknown language! Do not trust content description!
On the website of Leluakatemia the description of the game stated that instructions were in English, however, when the box arrived, the instructions were in some unknown language (not English nor Finnish nor Swedish). This is highly disappointing, because I specifically purchased the game (magic set, gold edition) on this website as a present for my english speaking nephew and he could not understand or use the set. Do not recommend trusting the description of the content on this website.
