DO NOT order anything from them; this is a scam. Almost 3 months after I placed my order, I contacted CS to request an update and a tracking number, but they kept repeating that the order had been delivered. After multiple requests for a tracking number, they said the order was delivered by FedEx and sent me a random tracking number that doesn't exist in FedEx or any other global shipping company. I just filed a chargeback with my bank.

Run away. It never arrived. You receive a message saying that it was delivered but it is not true. You cannot have any proof.i have just sent money away.

Item was never delivered despite being told it was. They asked for proof and I sent dated and time stamped security footage to show no delivery ever occurred. Still no refund.

theyreport items delivery , but it is a lie; they never arrive and customer service never reply to the sent messages. You will lost your money

I never recived my order I think they only collecting money from China or some where ealse we have to report this company I emailed them they said is showed I recived but either in tracking dosent show any address only shows zipcode

I bought this flat bread making matchine but never delivered. They changed my original address to another one . Upon follow up, customer service said that it was stolen and offered a refund of 10% instead of the 100% refund. It appears to be fraudulent deals done online coming from China address. I feel so bad because the major social media companies allows such fraudulent advertisements.

Order product from them said it was delivered never received it was told I was sol by the company will never buy another thing from this company righting this so other people don't scammed by this company like I did

My item never arrived despite the tracing system indicating 'delivered'. When informed, I was told that the item was "indeed delivered" and asked me to check with my local post office and parcel drop-off centres. I checked but they had no knowledge of the item.

Total SCAM do not buy , they just take money and never deliver . When you contact the company they state prove it’s not been delivered ? I considered showing them a picture of my empty cupboard but honestly just report as scam

Scam scam. Fake delivery from china. After several weeks of tracking, finally stated delivered. That was two days ago and no photos and no signs of delivery. When contacting delivery agent, they replied contact supplier!!!! Their tracking system stated item collected and passed on from china to UK customs border!!! So why referring to the supplier????

100% scam. Ordered a flatbread maker, never shipped (used some fake tracking number out of China) and was offered a run around, later a "partial refund" for something that never arrived.

I also have been scammed. They never delivered the product and offered a 15% refund. It is sad I didn't look for reviews online before buying.

This is a completely fake company—a scam with misleading offers that sells items but never delivers them. When you confront them, they only offer a 10% refund within 90 days. I do not recommend them; they are 0% trustworthy.

The company is fraudulent, they charge for express delivery and after a month it shows delivered yet never delivered and you don’t get refund. Do not buy from this company.

It is a Fake online store. In the report of 17 track they said that Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee. But i didn't receive. It was to good to be true. I wonder how many people must to lose their money to close the site.
