Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered two ceiling lights on 15 August. Delivery was 1 - 2 days. Plenty of time as the electrician was due on 20 August. No comms, no order update in line and no apology when I requested a refund on 24 August. I ordered similar products from Lyco and they arrived 2 days later 👋
