Individual cartridges available!

I especially enjoy the fact that ink cartridges are available separately. Most companies want to keep selling packs with all the colors; but if I do that I end up running out of one color and having a dozen of another on hand. Being able to order them individually is terrific!

Worst customer Service ever

Worst customer Service ever

I tried to buy it, they kept cancelling my order I was on with customer support for many hours. They have a problem where your shipping address can not be your billing address. I talked to support told Fabiola the problem and they just basically told me it is my problem to deal with. They would not help at all no matter what. Genuinely 5+ orders and hours of support. Do not waste your time I know it seems cheaper but honestly I probably spent 10+ hours of my life dealing with this. The federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. It would have been worth to pay the extra 50$ to actually get the product.

LD stands behind their service

I ordered two printer ink in December and I just used one and my printer didn’t recognized it so I used the other one and my printer recognized that one so I called LD and they graciously sent me another one.
