It's okay service but a lot is needed to fix their consulation platforms... basically it will only allow the person who requested the meeting to join and, not anyone else from the company. Their "resolution" was to change me to be the owner/main account holder but that would just give my colleague the same issues that I have! Fix your systems and listen to your customers.

This is a great service with so many easy template starting points and an easy-to-use AI assistant for document reviews and rewrites. All with the peace of mind of being able to speak to one of their real lawyer on staff any day of the week!

I use their virtual address service. It's cheap, but not good.

They move premises every 2 years or so, meaning that you have to contact everyone and update their records of your new address.

I also haven't received any business mail to the service for 4 years, which is highly suspicious, given I've provided the addresses to a number of organisations.

I did get mail to the address for the first 2 years.
