Beware
Beware - subscription trap website! I paid £1.59 for a loan agreement template, the following month £34.90 was debited from my account. I did not want nor sign up for a subscription and the website is far from transparent. I was given the impression I had paid a one off fee to receive the template.

Watch out for £35.98 monthly subscription
I was happy with the document provided but when you need to print it the “free service” only lets you print if you enter into a 7 day trial for £1.59. What is then not clear is that if you don’t cancel within 7 days you are then charged a monthly subscription of £35.98. Luckily I spotted this on my card statement and cancelled the subscription and requested a refund.

Be very wary!
Be very wary! I wanted a simple template, which was fine, and paid a small amount for ‘7 day access’. I then noticed about £40 had come out of my bank account as I had apparently agreed to (a hugely expensive) monthly subscription. This was most definitely not made clear. I suspect it does appear somewhere in the smallest possible print. Be careful what you sign up to!
