Have to call out their excellent customer service! I bought the Clevo NL41PU 14-inch two years ago. Had to contact them once for a broken power adapter and once for a faulty firmware upgrade delivered via Ubuntu. In both cases they resolved the issue very quickly and competently for me!

Regarding the laptop order itself: quite happy with the customization options, they even fulfilled my request to set a cute puppy as desktop background :D I wish the build quality of the laptop were a bit higher, it just feels "cheap" compared to a Dell XPS or MacBook, even though it looks great! But I guess you can't have everything in life.

When I created my order on an old PC, the shipping address filled in automatically. The crazy thing is, I didn't pay attention to it and it was the wrong address. I only noticed it after the order was complete. This was a Friday evening. In a panic, I quickly emailed the help desk requesting the address be changed before shipment.
To my delight and I received an email the next week confirming my order and the address change. I was so relieved.

I ordered an Intel NUC-13 Linux Mini-PC.

I'm a PC and Windows OS user of 30-yrs. I've owned several off-the-shelf PCs - all quickly becoming obsolete, so the last 2 PC's were custom built to my specification. LWL (Laptop with Linux) made this customization super easy. I was able to check out different builds and costs b/f settling on the build I purchased.

The power of this tiny form factor is truly AMAZING! The space this tiny form factor occupies on my desk is practically nothing. All my peripheral, external HD/SSDs, and thumb drives connect easily and quickly. Setup and startup was equally quick and easy (once I overcame my trepidation with my W-10 departure).

Linux Mint - Cinnamon OS is new to me. Not gonna lie... its not a one-for-one replacement of W-10, but that's ok. It's close enough to get my feet wet long enough to get comfortable with this new OS. I look forward to exploring the land of Linux Mint OS and learning to become a power user.

Great quality mini computer (NUC) installed with well functioning Debian 13 installation. Could add second SSD card. It hasn't made a sound yet that I could hear it.

Prompt fulfillment of order. Excellent customer service in resolving a few issues. One of them was with the mail carrier. They knew what they were talking about and we were able to easily resolve the issue. I also reached out to them about an $18 item missing from it order. They were on national holiday and I was concerned when I initially didn't hear back but needlessly so because they sent it out to me immediately with tracking. I’m getting to grips with Linux (openSUSE Leap 16.0 and the KDE desktop) on this computer; I’ve finally broken free from Microsoft, and I still need to get used to having so many options.

Installing and configuring openSUSE Leap 16 was straightforward.

This PC had been ordered without an OS; when I booted into Agama, I discovered that Fedora was installed on it.

Assembly and dispatch were quick. Delivery took a little time, due to the 1st of May.

Great product, the custom engravings look amazing, just like the Support told me. They even helped deciding which engraving looks best.

Purchasing and shipping were great, really fast shipping. I haven't received any package from the Atlantic region that was shipped less than a week like DHL shipped.

Laptop works very well including installed software. The book I bought with it (Ubuntu 22.04) was not up to date: the webpage it refers to was no longer there. One star less for that.

Ordered TongFang GX5 with AMD 9/32Gb without OS, it was deliverd after 6 days. It was very well packaged.
Installed Linux on it. Only the cable network adaptor would not work out of the box. Some searching I found a reposisitory on github installed the driver, and yes it worked.
It would have been nice that the driver was provided by laptopwithlinux.com (or atleast the link where to find the driver) in the case ordering without OS.
Its a great machine, works very well doesn't get hot when having it on my lap (like my previous) I specially like the cursor buttons big.
I looked at other manufacturers, but they offer less for more money, GX5/AMD9/32Gb is cheaper and have better specifications.

+ configuration options for the device on website is well organized and gives a lot of useful choices
+ delivery was extremely rapid
+ mechanical construction seems to be solid
- touchpad sometimes overreacts and sometimes has difficulties to distinguish right from left clicks
- touchpad off center is not very ergonomic
- putting to and waking up from sleep mode and hibernation is pretty unreliable (reason for heat death of many devices in the past), to my opinion a no go for a laptop
