stress-free experience
Ordering and shipment was easy and fast. Only quite some time later (more than one month) I found out that the size didn't work in my home. Without any problem I got a return label, could send them back without cost and got a refund. The other lamp I ordered fit very well and I'm happy with it.

No good
Satisfied? Not really! It's very pretty, it has three fan speeds, but it barely moves any air. I bought it because of the heat, but honestly, this fan is useless in this heat.

The fan only circulates air and definitely won’t provide any cooling. This fan has a summer and winter setting. Are you sure you’ve set it to the correct setting?
