Our "Buy 1 - Get 1 Free" offer works by automatically adding 2 brushes to your cart.
To receive 2 brushes, you need to keep both in your cart, you'll then pay the price of just 1, so you get 2 brushes for the price of 1.
We've noticed that some customers accidentally remove one of the brushes from their cart, either by mistake or confusion, which can result in receiving only 1 brush.
To help with this, we display a banner during checkout that says: "For Buy 1 Get 1 Free: Don't remove face brushes from your cart (keep 2, 4 or 6 pcs) 🧡"
We always ship exactly what has been ordered, and would never want to give our customers the wrong impression 💛
