Unlimited data means 150Gb per month. They don't tell you that but they cut you off once you exceed it and tell you it is their "fair use policy".
How can "unlimited data" come with a fair use policy?

I am extremely disappointed with Lyca Mobile and believe the way this pricing was presented to me was misleading.
When I upgraded my plan, both the Lyca Mobile website and, most importantly, my personal customer dashboard showed the monthly price as €7 instead of €14. There was no clear indication to me during the upgrade that this €7 price was only for new customers.
After I was charged €14, I contacted customer service and was told that the €14 was for the first month and that from the following month my payment would automatically become €7.
That did not happen.
I contacted customer service again and was then given a completely different explanation: I was told that the €7 offer is only for new customers and that, as an existing customer, there is nothing they can do.
What makes this particularly concerning is that my dashboard still shows €7 as the monthly price while Lyca Mobile continues to charge me €14. So the information displayed in my own account does not match what I am actually being charged.
I also sent a formal complaint by email explaining the situation and attached evidence, but I never received a response.
The plan is a two-year contract, and I have been told that if I cancel it now, I would have to pay approximately €288. That makes the situation even more frustrating: I am being charged twice the price that is still displayed on my account, while being told I cannot change anything without paying a substantial cancellation fee.
I believe customers should be given clear and accurate pricing information before entering into a long-term contract. If an offer is only available to new customers, that restriction should be clearly stated before an existing customer upgrades—not only explained after they have already committed to the contract.
I am posting this review so that other customers, particularly existing Lyca Mobile customers considering an upgrade, check the actual terms and pricing very carefully and take screenshots of what is displayed on their account before agreeing to anything.
My issue is not simply that I was charged €14. My issue is that €7 continues to be displayed on my personal dashboard, I was previously told it would become €7 after the first month, I am still being charged €14, and my written complaint has been ignored.
I would like Lyca Mobile to explain why my account continues to display €7 if they maintain that I am not eligible for that price.

I was unable to pay for the service package using my available credit. The website says I don’t have enough credit, but that’s not true – I did have enough credit
