Emails go continuously unanswered.
If be some miracle there is a reply they can't answer more than one question at a time. Some employees respond, while most ignore communications and supply no helpful information. Even if the email is requesting payment and reference data to pay KKH. One of the worst offenders is an employee of KKH Sonja Vogel who has no intention of carrying out her duties to the company. Despite being asked the same questions over and over. She refuses to provide information and ignores all communications. Of 13 emails sent, two have been replied too in part, with unsatisfactory and unusable answers. If this person worked for me, she would not be in employment for long. Pathetic service.
