The blinds fit very well over the window. The installation was done by Arsim who did a great job setting them up perfectly. He also helped move a electrical outlet for the installation. Good overall experience.
It is a scam. I have paid a small fortune for 3 curtains. Ordered on 18th May, had to pay in full upfront. They were ready 9 weeks after the order. When they came to install it, one of the curtains were mis-measured and therefore wrong. They drilled a hole in my ceiling. They said they will order a new curtain and come to fit it. Then some weeks passed and they informed me that the curtain came out of stock. Since then it is impossible to communicate with them. The customer service is non existent and when you wait 30 minutes on the line they tell you they can't do anything and it is the other department that doesn't have a phone. They are rude on the phone barking at me that I have to stop calling and writing to them. It is 20th of August and I still have a hole in my ceiling, don't have a date for a new curtain or confirmation that someone will come and they have my money. I have no where to call and I am extremely disappointed with the situation. Please stay away!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM KIRSCH!
We paid a fortune for new curtains and the salesman from Kirsch made false promises that the curtains will be this and that. After 3 months when they get delivered and installer comes to install, the measurements of the curtains are incorrect, instead of 1-sided curtains they deliver 2 sided ones, one curtain is 2 cm above ground the other is 4 cm. The chargers they provided are incorrect for automatic curtains, and after a written confirmation that the curtains work with voice assistants, they do not. And the finishing of the curtains is horrible. One can easily buy something like this solution from bauhaus instead of paying kirsch so much money
