Shipping Delays always
I’m still waiting on my monthly subscription. Payment was made over a week and still no food. I’ve had to buy a substitute. Why is shipping so delayed? Amazon can ship in one day for free. I pay you $5.00 and have to wait two weeks.

Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, we have very little control over what happens en route to you. I do see that the order you are referring to does seem to be lost in transit. We are refunding that order for you and sending a free replacement for you.
You are correct, our shipping standards are not as good as Amazon's, which has an enormous infrastructure to support its delivery business. We are still a rather small company. We do appreciate your business, and please let us know if we can adjust your subscription to maybe give a little buffer in case an order is delayed again in the future.

Good company, good product but expensive
I've been combining Kismet product with another dog food and my dog, Lily, loves it. I started using it when she had digestive issues and it helped her back to better health. I'd like to save some money by setting up auto delivery but company has set number of weeks to select from; this doesn't work for me because I combine with another brand.

This food is Great!!!
After 3 years of Farmers Dog my boy started to have some issues with his ears. Concerned it was some type of allergy we did the 5 Strand test to narrow down what may be the cause. Results we're in that the only protein he wasn't allergic to was Salmon. After searching for a Salmon based diet, I found Kismet and thought I would give it a try. I was worried he wouldn't like this "dry" dog food as he has only eaten fresh food. He loves it!!!! His coat is beautiful; his poops are great and no more ear issues. We couldn't be happier with this product.
