My experience with Kick Collection's customer service was excellent, and I didn't even order from them directly :)

I ordered 4 dining chairs from an intermediary, but there was a mix-up with the original courier related to delivery times. I wasn't home to receive the package and it ended up getting sent to a pick-up location I couldn't reach without great inconvenience. I took a chance and contacted Kick Collection directly to explain the situation. They not only responded very quickly, they were very understanding and accommodating. Basically, they came to my rescue.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Nelson Zonneveld, specifically, because he was kind enough to collect the dining chairs from the pick-up location, and deliver them right to my door. Thanks a bundle, Nelson and Kick Collection, for going above and beyond for me!

I Live in England and loved the chairs so much I called Kick to see if they could help me out, and they sure did! they send a payment link and took care of the shipment. I already have 4 chairs from them and love them so much I decided to order 2 more for another room as well. Highly recommend, super quality (I have the IVY chairs now for 4 years and they still are as new)

Ordered two dining chairs
- first off the soldering quality was very poor and u could see them very clearly
Secondly although the website mentioned free returns, they charged 30 eur to make the return work, to return a faulty product!!

Beware of this brand!

EDIT: they just got back to me waiving this fee they realized this was a complaint
And not a simple return - hopefully works!

Kick Team really done a great job helping us to sort the issues with delivery - great communication and service!

Low quality products and low quality company. I bought new chairs and they damaged my floor. Company didn’t take responsibility for the damage. Will never buy anything again.
