Katchakid Reviews

Matt was absolutely the BEST!!!
He explained everything step by step and was always prompt and friendly. He was quick but made me fill like he had all day to answer my questions. Highly recommend Katchakid and ALWAYS recommend Matt!!! 10 Stars!❤️

Matt was very attentive to our understanding of the debris cover we purchased. He walked through the care, maintenance and disassembly process. The cover looks great and the fit is fantastic. We have water features and steps and the cover fits perfectly around all the irregularities. Great investment and we’d recommend Matt and the team any time!

Extremely professional. And did amazing work. I highly recommend these guys.

This is my second cover with Katchakid leaf covers. My first one was 15 years old and still good but we did a pool remodel and made some changes. The new cover is in their new darker blue color and it’s really a nice looking color. Matt came out to do the sizing and pre-fit of the cover and talk to me about the changes they’d make to our new cover so that it will fit even better than the previous cover. He was right, this new cover takes into account the raised spa corners better, leaving less gap and it covers our rock waterfall beautifully. Matt was great to work with and I got a lot of helpful information from him.

Getting our pool safety fence installed was a breeze! Andrew was great to deal with - showed up on time, walked me through the process and completed the installation without any issues. Would certainly use Katchakid again!

Excellent installation, great communication and the cover looks beautiful! I will definitely refer other people to this company.

From the office staff to the installers, everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their products.
Our installer, Matt, was very efficient and arrived right on time. Matt was very good about explaining everything about our cover. The attachments are flat and hardly noticeable, which is something I was worried about.
The price is very reasonable also.

mesh fence for our pool went up in an afternoon and the gate latch is easy for me but not the kids

Matt came on time as promised to do the install. Very professional.
Highly recommend Katchakid to anyone you won’t be disappointed

Matt did a wonderful job with our pool fence install! He was on time, communicated well, and expertly installed the pool fence including concrete footer to make sure my kids are safe. This is my second house that we’ve had Katchakid products and they are a top notch company, with best in class products and employees. Thank you Katchakid team!

We already had the net, but decided to add safety, and put up the fencing. The installers - Chris and Fabian - were tremendous. They made professional suggestions that enhanced the ease of use, appearance, and functionality. Couldn't be happier. Looks wonderful and great value for the price. I'd highly recommend this manufacturer, especially because they know their product and do their own installations here in the greater Houston area.

Matt was excellent!! So patient and kind explaining everything to me. Very pleased with the installation and product. Satisfaction overall was exceptional!!

Andrew was excellent. He was thorough, quick and explained everything very simply. He made the experience hassle free. We’re very grateful for his expertise and this product.

Matt is a great professional that accomplishes his work with efficiency, courtesy, and a great attitude. I appreciate the honestly, past experiences, and attention to detail he provided during the fitment and install.

I have been a Katchakid customer for over 15 years and Clare has been wonderful! She has always given incredible customer service and she is very customer friendly. The quality and design of their products are far superior to competitors. In my opinion Katchakid safety products are the only products I have confidence in!

The company was very accommodating and patient with the process of setting up a date for the installation. Both installers explained and went over the removal and installation process in detail.

The Technician was very knowledgeable of the system, he was very patient with all our questions and he explained how the system works and even allowed me to video tape the explanation. I would definitely refer this system, Technician and company.

Matt did an incredible job and moved efficiently. He covered existing holes and made it look fantastic.

Matt, Jamie and Cindy did a great job of designing, explaining and installing our custom safety net and debris cover. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, my experience with Katchakid was outstanding. Matt arrived ready to get down to business, immediately putting my mind at ease and working diligently all day until the job was finished. He walked me through the setup and removal process step-by-step, making it easy for me to handle it on my own after he left. I couldn't be happier with the his service and the overall experience.
