Placed an order on June 2nd and they promised 8-10 days to deliver. No replies to emails and order is still not processed

My order is lost, so even 1 star to good for the service.

I liked that in the store you can order fabric samples. Thanks to this, I was able to choose exactly those fabrics that best suited the product conceived for sewing 👍👍👍
As a minus, I can only note that it would be good to expand the color palette for natural fabrics. For example, I found a fabric of a suitable quality for another product that I want to sew, but the color I needed was not in the assortment (((

I was buying textile for different home projects from this shop 3 times in a row. All textiles were absolutely gorgeous and in reality it looked exactly like it was presented in webshop. Prices are reasonable and selection of textile for furniture was the best i have seen in online shops so far. Delivery was rather fast, no any single problem with service. I am very happy customer, i'll be back and I would like to recommend this shop for those who like to sew and make your home warm and cozy. =)

The fabric I bought was gray instead if light blue, we wanted to return the fabric. They lied to us abot the postage of returning items. Said that they would pay us back when we would send the fabric back and then when we send the fabric back with expensive postages (Finland has crazy expensive postages to abroad) they refused to pay us anything but the fabric we returned. Also the customer support responded to us very poorly through out the process. Can't recommend, will cheat you off your money.

Customer service is good. Good quality fabrics.

Fabrics are established fine with pictures and weigths g/m2. Repertuare is rich including premier class, sample patches are possible to order.
Missing intermediate canvases for tailoring like wool canvas (hymo) and horse hair canvas.
Order info and payment works fine, parcel ditchpassing takes modest time.

Fabics have each time been what I'd suppose them to be based on descriptions. Sometimes colours are not exactly as in pictures. Delivery time estimates have always been correct and everything goes smoothly.

I still haven't got anything. The order is stuck in Germany and nothing happens. This page is also in finnish, but when I ask where's the order, you say you don't operate in finnish... Never again.

We made the order 12.5.2021 but got the envelope of needels 25.5.2021. There was no sign of sending date on the envelope. Anyway this was far too slow to make us happy.

Beautiful fabric choices. Fabric is perfect for quilting. Good threads too.
Website is easy to use with a helpful board to place fabrics against each other to see how they compare or go together.
Dispatch dates are specified at time of purchase and always spot on.

To people who plan to order from this website, please be cautious and not place your order. This website is totally a scam. I was going to place an order of 350e but was alert enough to realize many doubtful points on their website.
Yesterday I was checking on Cricut Maker whose price is as good as one in US after 15% discount. I was attracted absolutely and spent the whole day thinking about the purchase decision. Today when I decided to buy it, I saw they have new offer, buy a package including the machine for cheaper price than the machine itself. I placed the order and got the bill to ask for prepayment. When I checked payment info, it was somewhere in Germany with a German account. What is this? The website is totally in Finnish, and valuation also in Finnish. It is shady. As I want to make a purchase from a store located in Finland, this provoked my trust. What if this is a scam? I checked the link to Instagram on their website, it was myfabric.co.uk. It is again very shady. Then I realize the cheaper offer labeled as 'Paketti Cricut Maker Ystävänpäivä'. Valentine's offer on 24.2? I know I browsed their website yesterday most of my day seeing the Cricut maker info... And sure I would be a big fish if I actually pay for my order.
So people please do not trust cheap and fake stuff they want us to buy!

Good service, good price, product matched the description. Delivery could have been faster but I can still recommed this store.

Fast service, and nice quality fabric.

However, the product I received really does not match the image on the page. (Really, the difference is night and day. Image on the page shows solid colour, but what I got is striped?)

My own fault for not ordering a sample first, but the "limited availability" sort of spooked me into committing. Especially as my previous experience with the site was good. Small cautionary tale.

I have not received my order I ordered a month ago and my questionnaire will not be answered.
