Horrible communication and poor professionalism
I made an order for 2 batteries on October 21st.
Only one battery was shipped and arrived with the incorrect product in the box.
I returned the incorrect battery in store on November 6th and was told that the refund would be processed within at most 7 business days.
The other battery was never shipped and I was never notified that the order was cancelled.
It is currently November 25th and have only now received my refund after bothering the customer service hotline multiple times.
If you are an industry professional who needs the correct product on time or value good communication and updates, I recommend you shop elsewhere.
N.B. All things considered the customer service hotline is the only saving grace.
They are very friendly and helpful.

NIKON ZR
Only store that had the Nikon ZR in stock. Fast delivery. Everything was packaged safely. Only the website was kinda laggy and payment crashed a few times. Maybe it was a very busy time.
