About to report these people for fraud
About to report these people for fraud. I clicked on the extension from the Swim Outlet app. It was the middle of the night and I was tired, so they offered me $15 back and a free trial, but they immediately took $25. I called them and talked to an agent who was rude to me, and they said it's just a hold, it'll come off in a few days. Whenever I've had something like this happen, the money usually comes back to my card right away. I don't believe it's legit. They've put me in a financial bind, especially with $25, because I need every penny to pay my upcoming electricity bill in the next few days. If I'm plunged into darkness, I will not rest until the proper people help me take this scam site down. Return my money! You're literally making me feel extremely depressed.

Safety is a scam don’t listen to other reviews
There is nothing good to say about joinsmarty. I was scammed out of 30 dollars and still haven’t gotten it back. The customer service is terrible they spoke to me for about 5 minutes then just ghosted me I’ve tried and tried but nothing works. Do not use this website

Found this company through the Ulta…
Found this company through the Ulta app, promising rebates. That's what it did initially, but then they kept taking $25 from my account! I deleted both of my accounts last month. I brought it up with their people, who confirmed it. I brought it up with Ulta. I brought it up with my bank's customer service people ( shoutout Indian customer service people. U are loved). This is maybe the second or third time this has happened in the past two months!!!! Going to shoot them an angry email. WHAT THE ACTUAL %$&* IS UP WITH THEM?!?!?! I AM SO ANGRYYY!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! Will update.

Hidden renewal, unapproved charges, does not do promised cash back function
Hidden renewal. It is supposed to find cashback, but it never did. It took my debit card, presumably to add the cashback and completely unbeknownst to me, began to charge my card $25 per month. I only discovered it because my card fraud protection called me and asked if this was a legitimate transaction. I said no! My bank reversed the charges and I immediately unsubscribed. There are hundreds of complaints and a class action suit.
