Floyd understood the assignment and our vision for updating our kitchen and family room perfectly. He made helpful suggestions (eg increasing the shelf size width in my pantry closet that made the storage much better.) He explained the pros and cons of the different floor materials and brought samples for us to make better choices. Another invaluable advantage was when the main worker for installing the kitchen counters had an emergency, he was able to replace him with another expert installer to meet the deadlines. The pricing was also the most reasonable we found. Floyd was very easy to communicate with.
