We would like to clarify that UK import duties and taxes are clearly communicated during checkout, in our Terms & Conditions and in our FAQ. JT-Products is based in Europe, and since Brexit, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to additional import charges. Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control.
Regarding the fitment, the downpipe should normally fit your vehicle. However, to confirm compatibility with certainty, we asked you to provide your vehicle details, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information. You later informed us that you had decided to return the product.
We always aim to provide the correct advice and help our customers find the right products. We regret that you were left with a negative impression of our service.

Purchased an Audi A6 C6 front bumper plates repair kit including glue and plates.
Package came a little bit later than expected but I understand shipping to UK takes a while.
Plates were cut properly and fit in broken bumper slats perfectly.
Unfortunately once glued these plates the bumper didn't fit in place properly.
Ended up buying another bumper and thrown these plates away.
My advice is to get replacement bumper instead of buying repair kits.
Procedure looks nice and easy on the adverts.

The downpipes were shipped to you in new and undamaged condition. We have photographs documenting their condition before they were shipped.
After you decided to return the products, the return shipment was arranged by you. Upon receiving the return, we found damage that was not present when the products left our warehouse.
If the products were undamaged when you handed them over to the carrier, as you state, then the damage occurred during the return transportation. In that situation, the appropriate procedure is to file a claim with the carrier responsible for the return shipment.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurred during a return shipment after the products had left our possession. This is the same principle that applies when we ship an undamaged product to a customer and it is damaged during transportation: the transport damage must be handled with the carrier.
We have provided you with our findings and the available documentation, and we have reviewed the matter carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot change our position based on the information currently available.
We understand that you may disagree with our decision, but we believe it is important that the circumstances are also clear to anyone reading this review.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with JT-PRODUCTS B.V. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, especially if there is any possibility you may need to return an item.
I purchased downpipes from them but NEVER installed or used them. Due to an issue with unlocking my vehicle’s ECUs, I decided not to proceed with the installation and returned the downpipes under their return policy.
I even have photos taken before the return shipment showing the condition of the downpipes.
After receiving the return, JT-PRODUCTS claimed the parts had been damaged during transportation and refused my refund. Their response was essentially that because I arranged the return shipping, they consider me responsible for whatever allegedly happened during transportation.
To be absolutely clear: I never installed these downpipes, never drove with them, and never damaged them.
They now want me to pay an additional €12.50 to have the allegedly damaged products sent back to me, despite the fact that I returned them because I no longer wanted them.
I find this handling of a customer return completely unacceptable.
I have kept the photos, emails, return information and complete correspondence, and I am escalating the matter through the appropriate payment/consumer dispute channels.
I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from JT-PRODUCTS again. Stay away if you expect a straightforward return process.
