** Update: June 2026. Upon lodging my complaint, they exchanged the expired product for a new container free of charge. Therefore, my suggestion to fellow customers is to contact customer support if they unhappy with their experience. The team looks to be very empathetic, helpful and responsive. I would shop here again.

First time buyer in US. They sent me ghee with an expiration date that is literally a day after my order arrived (May 17, 2026). Very disappointed that they are selling close to expiry products.

I had tried several sites to get the product my Indian neighbor wanted. ishopindian.com had the exact product I was looking for. The ordering process was easy, Shipping was quick and I received the package, extremely well packaged, I might add, in five days. My neighbor was thrilled with the product.

We live on California Central Coast with no access to Indian groceries within a 2.5 hour drive. We chanced upon ishopindian last month; it fulfilled our needs completely.
The prices are reasonable, the variety wide, and packaging and shipping efficient. Product expiration dates are acceptable. We had reason to call and email them with questions. They were responsive and courteous.

Process was so easy, so many delicious options,
fast delivery and absolutely worth the shopping trip!!

It's been 6 days still waiting for my products, my shipment has a tracking but not picked up. So far with my first order NOT at all impressed. I called 2 times and the same person has not been pleasant to deal with. They DO NOT want you to call with shipping questions the message says but it took 5 days to get tracking. I can't review my products as I am still waiting. Paid $9.99 in shipping. Won't order again will give my money elsewhere or walk into my Indain stores nearby. Not pleasant when calling in.

Everything I ordered hit the spot, and I will definitely shop again.

Found stuff I needed for a price only comparable to our local Indian store which is still too far away from me. All the other online options were several times more expensive. Shipping was amazingly fast, I received my order in 2 days living several states away.

These folks practice excellent communication, superior shipping and handling, plus a very flawless and most rapid delivery.

Good choice of products on the site All products including ones in glass bottles were well packed. Expiry dates were printed and expiry was well into next year. Shipping rate was reasonable. Received by USPS in a week. Will shop again
