Deceptive website that uses hidden or obscured terms and conditions to trick you into subscribing to high monthly charges. What makes this even worse is that it was my Wife who was scammed, she used the site and did the test because she is concerned about dementia, so they are targeting and taking advantage of people they know are vulnerable, despicable behaviour.

2. Report them to consumer protection authority or trading standards.

Be aware of recurring charge
This organisation created a recurring £25 pcm charge on my credit card without my request. However, they did cancel the charge after I contacted them - so excellent customer service I would say.
