Had an exceptional experience at Investment Watches. I came to Austin from Waco alongside my family who was visiting me from out of town. Officer Thomas the in-house security was friendly and professional, welcoming us in with open arms and introducing us to our salesman, Tan. Tan provided such great service to myself and was very graceful and friendly to some rowdy 70 year old tourists. Fantastic experience
I worked with Tan. I found the watch I was looking for on their website but I needed to also trade in a watch as well. The team made the best offer and made the transaction. So easy in fact I decided to go directly to their retail outlet in Austin to see it in person. From Tan to the rest of the team they made my time there comfortable and easy. I walked into Investment Watches without an appointment and was greeted immediately by Tan. From start to finish, Tan provided exceptional guidance and made the entire process seamless and welcoming.
