I believe the whole thing is a scam: the offers, the service they provide, everything.

The connection kept dropping constantly, and the speed was extremely slow.

I complained and asked for a refund, but instead they cancelled my service. I lost all my data, and they did not refund me anything.

The offers look incredibly good because, in reality, the whole thing is a scam.

Great product, great support.

I bought the 1-year plan. I cancelled it halfway through so it wouldn't renew. Instead of cancelling the service only at the end of the subscription period, they cancelled it immediately, effectively taking away nearly 6 months of my subscription. A completely untrustworthy company. Don't use them.

Missing in the ultra plan:
Roadmap with regards to mail and some other services with concrete timing. Besides mail in particular rsync and a non-browser based vpn.

The PC application can not add a specific directory for synchronisation.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company. I initially paid about $2 for the first month, but later realized this was only a promotional discount and that the following months would cost significantly more. The ongoing pricing was not clear enough during checkout, and the experience felt misleading. Because of this lack of transparency, I decided not to continue and would not recommend this service.

I had the maximum storage capacity already purchased but without webdav support. Webdav comes in a bundle with 5tb so I needed extra space to be added to allow buying the ultimate bundle. They guided me even offering a special offer.

Way too many, partially fundamental errors, for months and months. Two few experienced engineers, too sloppy test plans.

I’ve been using Internxt for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. I was looking for a cloud storage service that takes privacy seriously, and Internxt really stood out. Knowing that my files are end-to-end encrypted gives me peace of mind.

The interface is simple and easy to use, so I didn’t have to spend time figuring things out. Uploading, downloading, and syncing files across my devices has been smooth, and I haven’t run into any major issues.

What I like most is that Internxt seems focused on building a service that puts users first instead of collecting their data. It’s nice to see regular improvements and updates as well.

Overall, I’m happy with my decision to switch to Internxt. If you’re looking for a secure, easy-to-use cloud storage service that values your privacy, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

The possibility to use internxt on all o operating systems is for me essentially.

I love the services of INTERNXT and the fact that this is a spanish company with so many nice and friendly people.

Worse and worse. Discounted offers are available on many websites, at the expense of those who pay for the full service. The download service is completely unusable. It is impossible to download several files in a row, especially if they exceed 1 MB. What a waste of money — who needs such an overly slow system?
I cannot provide any further information. Please also refer to the April feedback. I tried again, but unfortunately it is still impossible to transfer a folder containing five 2 MB files; it gets stuck. Why does the competition do better?

This company engages in misleading promises and deceptive business practices, compounded by poor customer service. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I was having a frustrating issue where the login button in the Android app was completely unresponsive and nothing happened when I pressed it. I tried several troubleshooting steps on my own, but nothing worked.

Jhonatan from the support team reached out and gave me the brilliant advice to change my phone's default browser from Samsung Internet to Google Chrome. As soon as I switched the default browser and restarted, the login went through instantly and perfectly!
